After completing your order with PoKeep, you will receive your license key right away. The order confirmation and license key will be emailed to your inbox within minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also retrieve your license key here or contact our support team at support@pokeep.com for assistance.
PoKeep provides licenses on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis for the specified platform. This means you are entitled to free upgrades for our software throughout your license period, regardless of the changes made in any update. If you need to switch your license from a Windows to a Mac computer or vice versa, please contact our support team within one week of your purchase to do so for free. Otherwise, a new license key will need to be purchased.
Refund Policy
At PoKeep, we stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We encourage you to use our 'try-before-you-buy' system to ensure our software meets your needs. Refunds will be approved under the circumstances outlined below. Please note that no refunds will be issued for orders exceeding this 30-day period.
Unaccepted Circumstances
We generally do not refund or exchange products in the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period.
- Requests without a specific reason.
- Requests for a partial refund of a bundled product package.
- Changing your mind after the purchase is complete.
- Purchasing what you believe is the "wrong" product and subsequently buying the "right" one from a different company.
- Technical issue claims where you have not provided our support team with any detailed problem description for assistance.
- Not receiving your license key without ever contacting us for help.
- Price discrepancies resulting from different regions or sellers.
- Misunderstanding our product's features and compatibility because the product description was not carefully reviewed before purchase.
- A refund request based on issues with game account status, as game developers may impose penalties for using location spoofing tools. We recommend using our software responsibly and being aware of the terms of service for any games you play.
Accepted Circumstances
We'll refund your money as soon as possible if your case meets our Money Back Guarantee guidelines below:
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and then bought the correct one from PoKeep within 30 days, we can process a refund for the incorrect purchase.
- If you were charged twice for the same product due to a payment system issue.
- If our software has a critical technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve within 30 days.
How to Apply for a Refund Request
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@pokeep.com with the following information:
- The name of the product you want to refund;
- The email address you used for the purchase;
- Your order ID or transaction ID;
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Our team will process your request within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. After the refund is processed, your license will be deactivated, and we ask that you please uninstall the software from your computer.
Free Upgrades
All PoKeep products include free upgrades for the duration of your license. If you need to access an older version of our software, please contact our support team at support@pokeep.com for a download link.
